However, we understand that accidents may occur during transportation around the globe! If your product arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it, you are entitled to return it for a full cash refund, including shipping, up to 15 days after your order arrives. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with valid proof of purchase. If we refund you the price paid before we can inspect the goods and later discover that you have handled them in an unacceptable way, VIVARA reserves the right to claim compensation.
